Ofero is a monthly software subscription (SaaS). It is access to an online platform — no physical goods are sold or shipped.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it does not renew. You keep full access to your account and screens until that period ends.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, in line with applicable consumer-protection law and our support policy. If you were charged in error, contact support and we’ll help put it right.
During the current pilot
While Ofero runs as a guided pilot, accounts are onboarded and billed manually rather than through self-serve checkout. Billing and refund questions are handled directly by our team, so the quickest route is simply to get in touch.
